Tamara Beydoun (Tawil) is a certified Trauma-Informed Functional Medicine Health Coach and the founder of Tamara Bey Coaching. Specializing in somatic trauma-informed coaching, she takes a holistic and integrative approach that addresses the mind, body, and spirit of her clients. Her qualifications include certifications from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, the UK International Health Coaching Association, the International Coach Federation, and Continued Professional Development. Additionally, she has received specialized training in the Trauma-Informed Positive Psychology Coaching Method™ and Non-Violent Communication. Drawing from her personal experiences with war, displacement, childhood sexual abuse, and emotional and psychological abuse in adulthood, Tamara has a deep understanding of the lasting effects trauma and epigenetics can have on an individual’s health.
